Food Bank donation

Race Proceeds will benefit the Glastonbury Social Services Food Pantry. Participants also are asked to donate a non-perishable food item, such as canned vegetables or soup, boxed stuffing etc. In 2013 we were able to donate $1500 to the town Food Bank, right in time for Thanksgiving, plus a trailer full of food.

There will also be a small farmers market at the race, spotlighting some fresh food items from local farmers.
