Functions

1. Solicit volunteers for all club events and commitments such as:
• Races: Coordinate with the race committee to fill the needs of club races.
• Beginners Group: Schedule volunteer coaches to assist in the beginners training as needed.
• Outside Events: Line up volunteers to staff events for other organizations as approved by the Board of Directors.
2. Acknowledge volunteers when possible.
3. Present a report at the Annual Meeting.
