Sponsorship Committee

Functions

1. To solicit and secure sponsors for the various club events, including races, trainings and special events. To follow up with sponsors to insure that they pay in a timely fashion, that they are thanked for their participation, and to insure that they feel that they have been adequately promoted. Forward sponsor logos and contact information to the Newsletter/ Website Committee.
2. To coordinate with the Merchandise Committee to make sure that all sponsor logos are available for inclusion on commemorative t-shirts.
3. To maintain spreadsheet accounting for all activity, to include sponsors name, sponsorship category and amount, allocation per event, and total amount raised for each event. All results will be forwarded to both the Treasurer and Race Director.
4. To develop and coordinate additional ways to help promote sponsors, such as wine tastings, packet pick ups, presence at our club events, speaking opportunities at club functions, etc.
   Present a report at the Annual Meeting.
