Functions

  1. Update the GRR website as needed, after consultation with the membership on the best possible functions, features, and designs of the new site.
  2. Maintain and oversee the club website and all associated sites, i.e GRR blog, Facebook page, Flickr, YouTube, etc.
  3. Engage in joined-up thinking between the GRR website, blog, newsletter, and Facebook page, with each one promoting the other to ensure maximum coverage.
  4. Produce and distribute the club newsletter on a regular schedule as determined by the committee.
  5. Solicit ideas, announcements, articles, data (such as race results), and other contributions from the membership.
  6. Produce an annual slide show featuring club highlights, to be shown at the Kehoe Party and the Annual Meeting.
  7. Present a report at the Annual Meeting.
