Happy New Year everyone! It’s that time again for us GRRs to reflect on our many accomplishments of the past year and to look forward to an exciting 2012. And we dedicate an entire evening to do just that.
Yes, it’s the GRR Annual Meeting/Potluck Supper. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, January 21st at 6:00 PM at the Irish American Home Society and is the Can’t-Miss party of the year.
This is always a fun event so please join us for a great time. The better the turnout, the better time we all have. In addition to sharing some of the best homemade food around, you can also catch up on all the latest club news and events as well as take part in the great raffles we always have.
Evening program
Click here to view the Annual Meeting Agenda. We will hear from our various committees as they highlight the many successes of the past twelve months and share what’s planned for the coming year, our treasurer Chris Lacher will assure us that we are financially sound, we’ll hear a few words from our guest speaker, Deb Dauphinais and best of all, we’ll enjoy some of the best food imaginable.
Also, this year we will be electing new officers. If you would like to place your name or that of someone else on the ballot for president, vice-president, treasurer, or secretary, please contact Ray Campbell of our Nominating Committee at: ray.campbell@cox.net.
Admission & raffles
There will be a $5 admission fee (to help the club offset the cost of renting the hall). Your admission fee will also get you 5 raffle tickets to participate in all the raffles. We will have a 50/50 raffle as well as many great prizes.
